... the Realtor:
I specialize as a Luxury Listing Agent. Northwest Tucson is my vortex. Attention to detail and research pave my passion. My team provides complimentary staging advice and services to all our listing clients. Distinctive homes deserve distinctive marketing; we create a specific marketing plan for each of our listings, because different properties demand specific needs, and that is our primary goal - to create a marketing media that will highlight YOUR home to those who WANT to buy it.

I am very aggressive in finding out all information regarding any property you may have interest in, whether via public record searches or private phone conversations. I live by a philosophy that knowledge is power; and powerful information lends to good value judgements in real estate transactions. My team strives to make your buying or selling experience fun and relaxing.

... the Nature lover:
Animals and nature. As each of my 4 children left the home, more pets came. Currently, I live with my husband and 5 rescued pets - one lab, four cats. The bird and bunny sanctuary was added to the side of our home for the cats to view daily (they never go outside). The fish tanks were added also for the pets enjoyment (and ours). Add a little gardening, golf and photography and I am at peace.

... On music and entertainment:
I have been a pianist since age 10. I only play for enjoyment these days. I love jazz, classical and Broadway music. I am an avid chess and bridge player (euchre also, when I can find Midwesterners who know how to play).

Give me a call, drop me an email. Share your thoughts, needs, questions, concerns or ideas. I have lived in Oro Valley and Marana for over 14 years (from the mid-west). Southern Arizona is a spectacular place to live - let me share it with you.

... the Realtor:
It seems I have been involved in Real Estate and investing at some level almost my entire life. I bought my first home when I was 18. Started buying some investment properties and owned three of them by the time I was 25. Of course in those days one could get a house with couple thousand for down payment and closing cost! Real estate is an area that I recognized early on as a way to build assets over the long term.

I love my work! It brings me great pleasure to bring a client's dreams to realty. Finding that perfect home that fits one's individual want and needs can be challenging at times but the end results makes it all worthwhile. With almost 20 years of management and negotiating experience, and a team of loan, title and insurance specialist assisting behind the scenes, I strive to make your home buying and selling experience as smooth and stress free as possible.

... Personal Info:
A native of Topeka Kansas, I moved to Arizona in the 1970s. I first lived in Phoenix for many years before relocating to Tucson in 1988. With the exception of an 18 month hiatus to Tulsa OK I have lived in Oro Valley since moving here. Tangerine Road was a little two lane road that most people never heard of at that time. It was a dead end at 1st Avenue before later being extended to Oracle. Growing up in Kansas I was a die-hard Jayhawker fan and still have divided loyalties when they happen to play the Cats in basketball. At least they have the same team colors!

... Hobbies:
An avid golfer for many years though I don't play much anymore. I do need to get my priorities in line and get out at least once a week! I always found golf to be the best therapy in the world. It requires total concentration and focus. Forget about work, for those few hours it's just you and that little white ball against the golf gods.

I also enjoy my yard work. At one time I had almost 30 rose bushes in my yard. Roses can be a bit of an obsession. You baby them all year long for a few months of glorious blooms. But it's well worth it. Tom Clancy is my favorite author. The book and screen version of Hunt for Red October is my all time favorite.

I am also a big fan of the TV series "24". I own all six season series and enjoy going back and watching old episodes. But as any "24" fan will tell you, you can't watch just one! I love the new sci-fi series this year "Fringe". It's a bit of a cross between "24" and "The X- Files", kind of a Scully / Jack Bauer hybrid. My musical preferences nowadays is jazz, Grover Washington, Joe McBride etc. though I do still enjoy vintage rock when it's on.
